ARMSTRONG FALSE CEILING
Armstrong ceilings contain at least 24% recycled materials, and some as much as 95%. They also contain renewable and natural materials: starch, perlite (a form of natural glass), and clay. Additives made from latex, starch, gypsum, and cellulose (obtained from recycled waste paper) are introduced into this fiber. The technology worked out to the smallest detail, allowing us to obtain high-quality material with a minimum of energy and raw materials costs. Cheaper boards have more starch, while more expensive ones have more latex. This additive gives the material excellent moisture resistance.

Ceiling offers the largest unobstructed view of a room and it is the first thing people usually notice when they enter in a building or room. As a result, the ceiling is an important element of room interior design and defines its aesthetics. Since a ceiling has a large surface area, it plays an important role in the thermal comfort of a room.
